Mee Jawa

- Boil 1 Onion and 1 Carrot in half a stockpot of water
- Peel 5 Potatoes and 2 Large Sweet Potatoes, Cut into large cubes and boil in stock water until soft
- Take out the Potatoes and mash them together, save some of the regular Potatoes for later
- Hard boil 4-7 eggs
- After the Potatoes are out, put the onion back in the water with 4 large beef bones. Mix some of the broth in with the mashed potato mixture
- Let the bones cook into the broth until they are well cooked and the broth has been flavored

- In the meantime, chop up lettuce, fresh tomato and cook 1 lb of spaghetti to package instructions

- When finished, fry onions in a little bit of oil then add 2 tbs of tomato ketchup, after it has reduced add turmeric and 1 can of tomato sauce with a pinch of sugar
- Add broth mixture, pepper and salt to taste, let it boil. Add a little bit of cornstarch and some fish sauce.
- Whisk in parts of the potato mixture a little at a time until finished. Let boil.
- Warm up sliced beef, put together and serve.
